Return Policy

Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, but is eligible for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Your item(s) must be unused, unworn, have original tags attached, and be in the original condition in which it was received. All shoes must be returned unworn with the original shoebox.

All sales of jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, intimates, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions! 

Since we do not issue refunds, we do hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and please feel free to reach out to us with any questions that you may have regarding sizing or styling. We are always receiving new styles and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase does not work out.

Store credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Gift Card via email once your return is processed. It will be sent to the email address that you have on file. The E-Gift Card will never expire.

If you prefer not to mail in your return, you may return your items to the store in person. Please note, that the return will not be processed immediately and your E-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
